1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using HighLoad.Fun ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Account

You sign in via GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit code that intentionally harms the platform, its infrastructure, or other users
• Attempt to exploit, attack, or disrupt the sandbox execution environment
• Manipulate scores, leaderboards, or reputation points through fraudulent means
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules or gain unfair advantages
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the code you submit. By submitting solutions, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to store, execute, and display your submissions as part of the service (e.g., leaderboards, solution viewing where permitted).

Challenge descriptions and platform content are the property of HighLoad.Fun or their respective authors.

6. Reputation Points (RP)

RP is a virtual currency with no monetary value. RP is earned and spent according to the platform's game mechanics. We reserve the right to adjust RP balances, rules, and thresholds at any time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data is anonymized per our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of scores, or availability of any feature.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HighLoad.Fun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the news feed.
